Beau Ridge at Oxford Farms, Oxford’s locally owned senior living community, is seeking an energetic Hospitality Coordinator to lead our Dietary Team. This role blends restaurant hospitality with the heart of senior living and offers a unique leadership opportunity.

You’ll train staff, schedule shifts, coordinate kitchen and dining room operations, visit residents during meals to gather feedback, and help shape dining programs while ensuring flawless service and a welcoming environment for

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or customer-service leadership.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Strong communication between kitchen and dining room.
• Detail-oriented with service excellence.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor our dining room team.
• Train new team members in hospitality standards and service excellence.
• Create monthly server schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
• Build strong communication between the kitchen and dining room teams.
• Ensure every meal is delivered with outstanding service, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Visit with residents during meals, gather feedback, and advocate for their experience.
• Help develop restaurant-style systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, food ordering, and special dining initiatives.
• Maintain a beautiful, welcoming dining room environment.
