Beau Ridge Oxford Farms in Oxford, MS is seeking an energetic Hospitality Coordinator to lead our dietary team and blend restaurant hospitality with senior living care. You will coach staff, plan schedules, and ensure meals are delivered with outstanding service.

This role emphasizes communication between kitchen and dining, menu involvement, and creating welcoming moments for residents and families; a leadership mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, country clubs, senior living, or customer service leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor dining room team.
• Train new team members in hospitality standards and service excellence.
• Create monthly server schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
• Build strong communication between kitchen and dining room teams.
• Ensure every meal is delivered with outstanding service, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Visit with residents during meals, gather feedback, and advocate for their experience.
• Help develop restaurant-style systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, food ordering, and special dining initiatives.
• Maintain a beautiful, welcoming dining room environment.
• Coordinate hospitality for birthdays, anniversaries, marketing events, social hours, and community celebrations.
• Help create memorable moments that residents and families will never forget.
