The Village at Orchard Ridge in Winchester, VA is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead hospitality operations, elevate resident satisfaction, and foster a welcoming community.

You will recruit and coach the hospitality team, coordinate events, and ensure outstanding service across the community, with a compensation range of $55,000–$70,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in front-of-house management in hospitality, senior living, dining services, hotel operations, or related.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.

What You'll Do

As the Hospitality Manager, you will serve as a key ambassador for the resident experience, ensuring exceptional service standards across the community. Responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee hospitality programs, services, and resident engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front-of-house management role within hospitality, senior living, dining services, hotel operations, or a related customer service environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service, resident satisfaction, and relationship building.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience coordinating and executing catering events, including consulting with residents, families, and clients to plan successful events and special occasions.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the changing needs of residents, guests, and team members.
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
