Job summary

CETUSA invites motivated Hospitality/Tourism Management students or graduates to join its internship/trainee program near Black Mountain, NC. The role emphasizes guest services from an operations viewpoint, cross-department coordination, and housing management for seasonal staff.

Applicants must have Advanced English, and may apply as an undergraduate intern or a trainee with foreign credentials and relevant international experience. Housing is provided; meals are included when conferences occur.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Hospitality/Tourism Management student or recent graduate within 12 months.
• Trainee requires degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary institution and at least 1 year of experience outside the United States OR 5+ years in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• Applicants must speak Advanced English and communicate with clients and hotel associates.

Responsibilities

• Learn assembly operations from the perspective of guest services.
• Coordinate operations between departments, maintaining accurate records and managing the flow of information between guest services staff.
• Assist with daily management of residential housing for seasonal staff and guests.
