Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a Training Manager to support the Director of Training & Engagement in developing and delivering resort-wide training programs. The role focuses on enhancing team performance, leadership capabilities, and guest service through structured sessions, workshops, and ongoing learning initiatives.

You will coordinate schedules, assist with SOP updates, and help maintain training materials while collaborating with department leaders to ensure consistent on-the-job

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1–2 years in training, learning & development, hospitality operations, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing resort-wide training initiatives.
• Support facilitation of departmental training and learning programs.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and group activities.
• Coordinate training schedules, materials, invitations, attendance, and resources.
• Maintain training materials, SOPs, checklists, and learning resources.
• Support Train-the-Trainer program development and delivery.
• Monitor LMS records and ensure accurate training completion.
