Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years supporting hospitality or enterprise applications.
• Experience with PMS/POS, workforce management, reporting, and guest services.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, hospitality tech, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Administer, support, configure, and maintain hotel business applications across departments.
• Serve as primary IT application support contact for operations, finance, rooms, and F&B.
• Support PMS, POS, retail, workforce, finance, reporting, guest service, and interfaces.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and internal IT for incidents and upgrades.
• Document changes, access, security, testing, and validation per requests.
• Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and permissions.
• Enforce IT change control procedures for property‑wide changes.
• Maintain application documentation and operational workflows.
• Assist with system upgrades, go‑lives, and new rollouts while minimizing disruption.
• Partner with department leaders to identify process improvements and better reporting.
