Job summary
Highgate Hotels in New York City seeks a Learning & Development Manager to drive a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and leadership development. You will lead the design, execution, and evaluation of training programs that align with brand standards and guest expectations, partnering with hotel leadership to strengthen performance and employee engagement.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering leadership development and onboarding programs.
- Ability to coach leaders at multiple levels.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with learning culture transformation and change management.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate leadership development programs and onboarding initiatives.
- Lead deployment of new learning and development programs across the hotel.
- Provide coaching to new and existing leaders and assess talent readiness.
- Partner with hotel operations to align training with business goals and guest satisfaction.
- Track training activity and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
