Qualifications

• Minimum two years in HR in hotel or L&D.
• Experience with unionized hotel environments preferred.
• Experience leading leadership development and onboarding initiatives.
• Experience with change-management and learning-culture transformations.
• Ability to coach leaders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate leadership development programs and onboarding.
• Lead deployment of new learning programs across the hotel.
• Coach leaders and provide leadership programs and coaching.
• Assess talent readiness and development gaps.
• Partner with Operations to ensure training aligns with business goals.
• Track training attendance, completion, effectiveness and compliance.
