Job summary

Kerzner International is seeking a Manager of Learning, Development, & Quality to drive a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement across One&Only Moonlight Basin. You will design, implement, and evaluate learning strategies, quality initiatives, and performance programs to strengthen colleague capability and guest experience.

You will partner with leaders to embed brand standards, develop talent, and foster engagement while overseeing annual training plans, budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years Learning & Development, Quality Management, Organizational Development.
• Previous experience in a management position within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational change efforts.
• Proven experience analyzing performance metrics, guest satisfaction data, and employee engagement results to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: align management practices and decision-making with Kerzner International vision and standards.
• Partner with HR Directors and, leaders to support business goals and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop policies, strategies, and initiatives that support learning, development, quality, and organizational excellence.
• Lead all Learning & Development activities across the Resort, including annual training plans, program implementation, and evaluation.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Total Quality Management (TQM) and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for Learning & Development and Quality initiatives.
• Foster a culture of service excellence and brand adherence through training and communications.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, guest satisfaction, and operational outcomes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Hospitality Management

4+ years Learning & Development / Quality Management / Organizational Development

Leadership development program design & facilitation

Collaboration across all levels of the organization
