Job summary

One&Only Resorts in Big Sky, Montana, seeks a Team Leader for their Restaurant. The role involves providing exceptional customer-focused service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests.

The ideal candidate will lead the food & beverage team, ensuring excellent service and compliance with quality standards. A minimum of 5 years in high-level Food & Beverage service and 2 years in leadership is required. Comprehensive benefits are available, including medical insurance and a health savings account.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage leadership.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage service in a high-level environment.
• Experience in 5-star, upmarket resort preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, creating a welcoming environment.
• Assist with restaurant operations and exceed departmental goals.
• Act as an ambassador for F&B outlet and ensure proper service delivery.
• Train and supervise colleagues to meet food safety standards.
• Collect guest feedback and report to management.
