Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive a culture of continuous learning across the Surf Club property in Miami Beach. You will partner with department leaders to identify learning needs, design and implement development programs, and support organizational growth through impactful training initiatives.

The role benchmarks learning outcomes, oversees budgets, and ensures training calendars are effective.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a management role.
• Experience in adult education, training, learning and development, or a related field.
• Experience in hotel operations, preferably within luxury hospitality or a service-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates and drives a culture of continuous learning across the property.
• Partners with department leaders to identify learning needs and design development programs.
• Develops innovative learning solutions addressing performance gaps and leadership capabilities.
• Oversees training calendars, evaluates program effectiveness, and manages learning resources and budgets.
• Supports property-wide change initiatives to enhance employee engagement and service excellence.
• Manages Embark, Service Foundations, New Leader Orientation, and other core training programs.
• Coaches managers to ensure training is conducted consistently across departments.
