Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL, seeks a Pool & Beach / Banquet Manager to lead day-to-day Pool, Beach, Outdoor Dining, and Banquet operations, delivering the hallmark luxury guest experience. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong guest relations, and a focus on service consistency and excellence.

You will manage labor, budgeting, and equipment while maintaining a premium environment, ensuring seamless events and memorable experiences for guests and residents alike.

Qualifications

About The Role

At Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, the Pool & Beach / Banquet Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Pool & Beach, Outdoor Dining, and Banquet events while delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences. This role provides hands‑on leadership to ensure operational excellence, team engagement, service consistency, and memorable experiences.

What You Will Do

• Lead, train, coach, motivate, and develop employees and supervisors across Pool, Beach, Outdoor Dining, and Banquet operations to ensure Four Seasons service standards are consistently achieved.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the operation, building strong guest relationships, and effectively handling guest concerns, complaints, and special requests.
• Coordinate banquet and event operations, working closely with Catering teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory management, and cash controls.
• Monitor the condition of facilities, equipment, and public spaces, recommending and implementing improvements as needed to maintain a luxury environment.

What You Bring

• Previous management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service and banquet operations.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
