Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL, seeks a Pool & Beach / Banquet Manager to lead day-to-day Pool, Beach, Outdoor Dining, and Banquet operations, delivering the hallmark luxury guest experience. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong guest relations, and a focus on service consistency and excellence.

You will manage labor, budgeting, and equipment while maintaining a premium environment, ensuring seamless events and memorable experiences for guests and residents alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service and banquet operations.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across Pool, Beach, Outdoor Dining, and Banquet ops.
