Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, and Homewood Suites Anchorage is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead hospitality excellence across our Anchorage hotels. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee front office operations, and mentor team members in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and front office efficiency.
• Train staff according to Front Office Training Procedures.
• Lead and supervise front office personnel.
• Drive revenue through sales and marketing campaigns and maintain strong financial controls.
• Communicate effectively with hotel management and other departments.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming work environment and uphold company values.
