Hilton Garden Inn Anchorage is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to lead a team of room attendants and ensure every guest arrives to a clean, comfortable environment. You will oversee schedules, training, and quality checks to uphold our high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising housekeeping staff.
• Ability to train and schedule team members.
• Proven track record of delivering high cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are cleaned to high standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Conduct quality control checks to meet standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping.
• Report maintenance issues related to housekeeping to maintenance department.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Perform administrative tasks such as timecards, attendance, and payroll.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain high facility standards.
