Chez Jose is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, full-service setting. You will ensure operational excellence, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and lead the team with integrity and enthusiasm to maintain high standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong staff development, and a deep commitment to hospitality. This position emphasizes quality service, cost control, and regulatory compliance across all shifts.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to train and lead teams.
• Solid knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with reservation systems and local dining scene.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades
