José Andrés Group is seeking a Lead Host to oversee the door flow, reservations, seating strategy, and guest communication, delivering warm, polished hospitality from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2+ years in high‑volume, upscale dining, strong organization under pressure, and excellent communication with guests and staff in a fast‑paced environment.

This role offers competitive hourly pay plus tips, training, and clear opportunities to grow within the José Andrés Group.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of Lead Host, Host, or equivalent guest-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reservation management, waitlists, floor plans, and seating strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Set the tone for warm, genuine hospitality at the door.
• Welcome guests promptly and professionally; recognize VIPs and special occasions.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with the restaurant's system.
• Collaborate with FOH leadership on large parties, VIPs, and reservation challenges.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and communicate delays or changes to guests and staff.
• Coordinate seating with leadership to balance sections and pacing.
• Lead and support Hosts, training, and maintaining service standards.
