Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in managing restaurant operations or similar role.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless integration of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
• Optimize operational efficiency and manage daily staff tasks.
• Assist GM/AGM with planning, directing, coordinating and delegating to hourly employees.
