Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our restaurants. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintain top-tier hospitality, and drive operational excellence.

In this role, you will train staff, manage performance, and implement local marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the community. Experience in high-volume dining and strong financial acumen are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide the highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plans to promote the brand in the local community through events.
