Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Restaurant Management in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of personnel management, food planning, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at all levels.
• Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant operations.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage staff to deliver top hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching and excellence.
