Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including staff management, procurement, and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving service excellence.
• Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant operations.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
• Train team members on Shack operations
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through events
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
