Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a diligent Kitchen Utility/Dishwasher to support cooks, servers, and guests by providing clean utensils and service ware. This role operates within a fast-paced hotel environment requiring physical stamina and attention to sanitary standards.

The position involves washing, sorting, and storing ware, maintaining dish machines, and upholding health and safety guidelines while supporting kitchen staff across shifts in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain same to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine in accordance with hotel and health department standards.
• Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions for safe application.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware promptly and carefully for dishwasher processing.
• Wash all ware quickly and replace in designated storage areas.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water per hotel standards.
