Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card required by health regulations.
• Ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine per hotel and health standards.
• Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to compliment guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware promptly for dish machine processing.
• Wash all ware quickly and replace in storage areas as designated.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water per standards.
• Clean kettles, tilting skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel products.
• Report unsafe conditions or accidents to management.
• Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance as required.
