Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking an Applications Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day administration, support, configuration, and improvement of hotel business applications such as Opera PMS/Cloud, Agilysys POS, UKG, and Microsoft 365. You will coordinate with hotel operations, finance, retail, and third‑party vendors to keep systems stable and aligned with property workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years supporting business applications in hospitality or enterprise environments.
• Experience with PMS, POS, workforce management, reporting, and guest service platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information systems, or hospitality tech; hands-on equivalents considered.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, configure, and maintain hotel business applications across departments.
• Serve as primary IT application contact for operations, translating needs into configuration and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT resources for incidents, upgrades, and integrations.
• Manage access, change control, testing, documentation, and training related to applications.
• Monitor issues, communicate status to stakeholders, and support audits and compliance.
