Job summary

Prosum is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver first- and second-line support across multiple hospitality and restaurant locations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity, install and configure systems, and maintain documentation to keep critical applications running smoothly.

The role emphasizes user support, knowledge-base upkeep, and coordination with infrastructure teams to ensure high system availability in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT Service Desk or Help Desk environment.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10 or later).
• 2+ years with Active Directory including user and group management.
• Understanding of basic networking principles.
• Knowledge of computer hardware including desktops, laptops, networking gear, printers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end users across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using established methods.
• Install and upgrade software, hardware, and configure systems and applications.
• Provide remote troubleshooting via phone, remote tools, and other support techs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
