Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an IT Support Analyst to maintain and assist with computing and network issues for internal and external guests. Under the supervision of the IT Director, you will coach users, prepare documentation, and provide assistance.

You will install, configure and upgrade PCs, diagnose problems, perform preventive maintenance, ensure patches and network connectivity, support hotel systems like PMS and POS, manage backups, and assist with peripheral devices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–3 years of relevant IT work experience.
• A+ Certification.
• Ability to communicate technology clearly to guests and staff.
• Strong attention to detail and organized follow-through.
• Solid analytical skills and knowledge of IT standards.
• Experience supporting hospitality technology preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory and networking.

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring and upgrading PCs, laptops and related equipment.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Performing preventive maintenance on the organization’s technology.
• Installing software patches and ensuring network connectivity for PCs, laptops, guests' internet issues, handhelds and other devices.
• Assisting with hotel technology projects including low voltage cabling and mounting.
• Administering and coordinating critical systems (PMS, POS, PBX, FTG) with vendors.
• Server backups.
• Setting up and maintaining locally connected and networked printers.
• Connecting peripheral equipment.
