Job summary

Talantir in Florida is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user support across multiple hotel locations. This on-site role requires travel to sites nationwide.

You will manage Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra, maintain network technologies, lead system rollouts, and ensure cybersecurity best practices while partnering with internal teams to align IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5–7+ years IT management experience.
• Experience managing IT operations in multi-site environment (hospitality preferred).
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Windows OS, Office.
• Experience leading IT projects and system implementations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong cross-functional communication; English fluency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user support across multiple hotel locations.
• Manage cloud collaboration platforms (Google Workspace) and IAM (Microsoft Entra).
• Maintain and optimize network tech (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN).
• Lead IT system rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Support property openings, renovations, and office buildouts from IT perspective.
• Ensure adherence to IT security best practices and data protection regulations.
• Partner with internal teams and global stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Travel periodically to hotel locations across the U.S.
