Job summary

Terribles is hiring an IT Manager for Primm, NV to lead the onsite IT team across three casinos, a lottery store, and fuel operations. You will oversee incident response, service quality, and vendor coordination while partnering with corporate IT and property leadership to ensure high availability and guest experience.

Preferred candidates have 5–7 years in IT operations, strong ITIL/ITSM background, and proven leadership. On-site role with after-hours support and cross-property collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, leadership experience, and technical expertise may be considered.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive IT support or operations experience in multi-site environments.
• At least three years of experience leading, supervising, or managing IT support personnel.
• Experience implementing ITSM processes within a growing or mature ITIL environment.
• Proven history of driving process improvement, operational stability, and customer-focused service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, schedule, and develop the IT team across Primm properties.
• Direct daily IT operations, onsite support, incidents, and service delivery.
• Drive ITIL-based process improvements and quality assurance practices.
• Provide technical and operational oversight of endpoints, networks, and applications.
• Coordinate projects, vendors, and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Deliver concise operational reporting on performance, risks, and improvements.
