Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is hiring a Technology Support Manager to lead IT service and support across multiple hotels. You will manage desktop, server, and application issues, oversee Office 365 and network operations, and drive security/compliance initiatives while mentoring junior staff and supporting corporate projects.

The role requires 5+ years in IT service, strong leadership, and solid experience with Meraki/Cisco networks. Expect travel (<50%) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an IT service and support role with team lead or supervisor experience
• Proficient with Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, and helpdesk ticketing systems
• Experience in remote troubleshooting and evaluating PC issues (network, hardware, OS)
• Expert knowledge of antivirus and remote monitoring software
• Strong network troubleshooting skills (Meraki, Cisco) and ability to learn new software
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Desktop, laptop, and server troubleshooting (physical, virtual, cloud)
• Serve as escalation point for application issues
• Support Office 365 issues including Teams and Outlook
• Assist Applications Team with hotel software platforms
• Create, update, and close incident tickets
• Monitor systems and network for issues
• Help promote technology security and compliance
• Contribute to IT projects at hotels and corporate
• Write and maintain IT policies and procedures
• Mentor & train Tech Support staff; participate in on-call rotation
• Travel to other hotels for projects and support (<50%)
• Other duties as assigned
