Job summary

Auberge Collection LLC is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead technology readiness for new hotel openings, property transitions and major renovations. You will drive multi‑dimensional readiness, enforce playbooks, and use AI tools to accelerate schedules and reporting.

This role requires proven leadership in complex hospitality technology activations, strong vendor management, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of hotel openings, property transitions, or complex activations.
• Deep understanding of hospitality technology dependencies across networks, PMS/POS, payments, and reporting.
• Strong vendor management, executive communication, and decision discipline.
• Excellent judgment and ability to bring order in schedule‑constrained openings.
• Hands‑on experience using AI to improve documentation, risk detection, and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own technology opening readiness across multiple dimensions: standards, tools, infrastructure, and systems.
• Define and enforce opening playbooks, gates, criteria, and reporting discipline.
• Lead AI‑assisted analysis, meeting synthesis, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate network, Wi‑Fi, POS, PMS, payments, and other hotel tech infrastructure.
• Ensure system readiness before training, with evidence, sign‑offs, and ownership.
• Own integrated opening schedules from construction turnover to hyper‑care transition.
