Job summary

Omni Hotels is offering the Omni Care Internship Program, a hands-on opportunity for an entry-level hospitality role. The internship allows rotation through multiple departments based on business needs, with a pathway into the Leader in Development (LID) program based on performance.

Interns will gain exposure to food and beverage operations, banquet events, guest services, and operational support while developing essential customer service and teamwork skills in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and take on different projects.

• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Flexibly perform various entry level service positions within the property.
• Rotate between food and beverage outlets and banquet events; other departments may be added.
• Attend to and anticipate guest needs.
• Demonstrate adaptability in scheduling.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Attend internship training and enrichment seminars through the season.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Leader.
