Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods, NH, offers the Omni Care Internship Program, a hands-on training opportunity across hotel departments. The role is a flexible, rotational position designed for individuals who want to learn the hotel business and potentially enter the Leader in Development (LID) program based on performance.

As an internship, you will rotate through food and beverage outlets and banquet events, assisting various departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Previous experience in a customer service position preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take on different projects
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
• Must be able to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean during daily business for extended periods of time
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Flexible in working various entry level service positions within the property.
• Position will rotate between food and beverage outlets and banquet events. Additional departments/roles may be added based on business needs.
• Attend to and anticipate guest's needs.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in scheduling.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars through the season.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
