Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking an Accounting/HR Administrator to support payroll, scheduling, onboarding and compliance across multiple Philadelphia hotels. You will work with hotel GMs, Accounting and HR teams and travel within the city.

Ideal candidates have a degree (Associate or Bachelor's) with 3+ years in hospitality or admin roles, payroll/HR experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers both full- and part-time opportunities with benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent combination of education, training and experience accepted.
• Three years hospitality or administrative support experience preferred.
• Three years payroll or human resources experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state and local employment, health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bi-weekly payroll and scheduling administration for multiple hotels.
• Track hiring and scheduling documents and ensure updates are provided at hire or when changes occur.
• Maintain accurate schedules and assist employees and management with communications and deviations.
• Support new job postings and offer steps for shifts to team members.
• Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure hours vs. hours worked are correctly paid.
