Hyatt Indy is seeking an HR coordinator to manage daily HR operations for the Indianapolis property. You will handle onboarding, payroll support in the absence of the HR Manager, benefit enrollment, and confidential employee records while upholding hotel standards and compliance.

Ideal candidates have prior HR experience, strong organizational skills, and a calm, service-oriented demeanor suitable for a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of the Human Resources function in line with hotel standards and compliance.
• Recruit and onboard for open positions and track safety communications.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll processing in the absence of the HR Manager.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure accurate HRIS data entry.
• Support employee relations initiatives and recognition programs.
