This internship is ideal for students pursuing HR, hospitality, or business studies, with opportunities to support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, engagement, and HR projects across our properties.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Hospitality, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong interest in hotel operations and guest service.
• Previous hotel, customer service, retail, or campus leadership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Partner with hotel leadership and HR teams to support employee needs.
• Gain exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
