Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Strong interest in hotel operations and guest service with growth potential.
• Previous front-desk, campus leadership, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR team with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.
• Help maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to support employee needs and initiatives.
• Gain exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Demonstrate a warm, professional, service-focused attitude with guests and leadership.
• Follow hotel policies, brand standards, safety procedures, confidentiality, and grooming rules.
• Learn and contribute in a fast-paced hospitality environment to develop professional skills.
