Highgate Hotels in New York City is offering a 2027 Human Resources internship designed for students eager to learn in a dynamic hospitality environment. You will gain hands-on experience under the guidance of seasoned HR professionals.

This internship focuses on building real-world skills in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations while developing professional connections within a leading hospitality company.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in hotel operations, hospitality leadership and guest service.
• Previous hotel, customer service, or campus leadership experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.
• Help maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events and recognition programs.
• Partner with hotel leadership and HR teams to support employee needs.
• Gain exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Demonstrate a warm, professional, service-focused attitude with guests and associates.
• Follow hotel policies, brand standards and confidentiality expectations.
• Learn and contribute in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
