Level99 Entertainment is seeking an HR Generalist to support a multi-venue hospitality environment in the Boston area. You will own talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll administration, and policy compliance to drive a high-energy guest experience across venues.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in HR within hospitality, excellent communication, multi-state knowledge, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. This role offers a hybrid benefits package and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience, hospitality industry preferred.
• Experience with recruitment and active sourcing.
• Experience with employee relations in the service industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Promote positive relations as an Level99 brand ambassador.
• Discretion handling confidential matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule and periodic travel to venues.
• Reliable car and valid drivers license.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end recruitment management from job postings to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective hiring strategies.
• Advise on HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Support performance management and development plans.
• Assist payroll processes in UKG and administer benefits.
• Maintain positive, proactive attitude and team morale.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
