Job summary

Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA, is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support the Associate Services Center and HR functions in a fast-paced resort environment. You will assist with onboarding, benefits, recruitment, and employee relations while delivering high levels of service to hourly and management associates.

The role requires hospitality or HR experience, a Bachelor's degree or HR certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant hospitality or Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Certification in Human Resources preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Associate Services Center and HR functions.
• Process new hire paperwork and onboarding.
• Maintain onboarding processes and HRIS data.
• Assist with benefits, worker's compensation, recruitment, and terminations.
• Support associate communications and training materials.
