Job summary

Evans Hotels is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator for our Catamaran Resort location in San Diego, CA. You will support onboarding, benefits, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while upholding professional standards.

The role requires a 4-year degree, 1–2 years of HR experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Weekend/holiday availability and proficiency with HR software are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist associates with benefits, time-off, onboarding and related HR activities.
• Coordinate with talent acquisition for hiring support and recruitment events.
• Maintain and update HR reports and records for compliance.
• Process separations and final payroll paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist with training, payroll, benefits and recruitment functions as needed.
