Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide welcoming support to our colleague experience from onboarding through their Hyatt career journey. You will manage daily HR tasks, greet visitors and applicants, and assist with employment processes in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Proficient with general computer knowledge and common software.
• Previous hotel and/or human resources experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors, employees, and applicants while handling day-to-day HR duties.
• Handle incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, and support employment processes.
• Coordinate employee relations events and maintain HR files.
• Assist with onboarding and welcoming of new hires.
• Support benefits and general HR administration.
