Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking a Bell Attendant to join Guest Services. You’ll be the face of our guest experience, delivering a warm welcome and assisting guests with luggage transport and room provisioning.

Qualifications

• Flexible work availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to moderate weight

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist bell Attendants and Concierge team
• Escort guests and transport luggage to and from rooms
• Provide local recommendations and make reservations when needed
• Assist guests with room features and hotel services
• Communicate with Front Office and Valet to ensure guest comfort
