Job summary

BOH Concepts in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding across multiple hospitality properties and corporate operations. You will manage candidate pipelines, conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and ensure timely, professional communication throughout the hiring process.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager and collaborating with HR and operations leadership, you will maintain records in ADP Workforce Now, post ads,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination experience.
• Experience with applicant screening, interview scheduling, onboarding.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities for hourly, supervisory and other positions across BOH Concepts locations.
• Post, update, and maintain job advertisements through ADP Workforce Now and other platforms.
• Review applications and identify qualified candidates based on requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via telephone or virtual interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with managers and leadership.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and onboarding records in HRIS.
