Job summary

Rose Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge & HR Assistant to welcome residents and guests while supporting HR and administrative tasks. This hybrid position starts at $21/hour and emphasizes onboarding, employee support, and professional communication.

You will greet people, assist with scheduling interviews, handle deliveries, and collaborate with the HR team on projects and reporting, all while maintaining confidentiality and a guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative or HR support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone and front desk coverage for residents, guests, applicants, vendors, and staff.
• Greet and assist residents, guests, applicants, vendors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork, new hire coordination, and maintaining employee files.
• Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
