Job summary

Aloft Nola is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations and uphold Aloft brand standards in New Orleans. You will supervise Room Attendants, manage schedules, training, and quality inspections to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our high cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, strong leadership, and experience with property management systems.

Qualifications

• Education and experience align with supervisory housekeeping roles.
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping systems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff.
• Conduct room and public area inspections for cleanliness and standards.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventories of linens, supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for timely room readiness.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor productivity and contribute to cost control.
