PLANTA is seeking a Host to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a warm, seamless dining experience from greeting to farewell. You will support the leadership team with seating strategies, communicate guest preferences, and uphold clean, organized host areas in a fast-paced, guest‑centered environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar setting, strong hospitality instincts, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar, fast-paced environment.
• Experience using reservation systems.
• Well-spoken and excellent communication skills.
• Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality, WSET, Prud’homme or equivalent considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Seat guests proactively and manage reservations with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain host stands and front entrance areas; assist with checklists and cleanliness.
• Communicate guest needs and allergies to leadership, captain, and kitchen.
