Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Patient, guest-oriented mindset and ability to work well with all team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation required.
• FOH positions require 18+ age.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Open doors and create a friendly first impression.
• Escort guests to tables and set expectations for their visit.
• Manage reservations and waitlists with OpenTable accuracy.
• Communicate wait times clearly during peak volume.
• Keep the host stand and entryway clean and welcoming.
• Assist in bussing and resetting tables to maintain flow and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Front of House to ensure smooth service.
