Job summary

The ideal candidate will provide warm hospitality, handle 8+ hour shifts, and collaborate with the Front of House to ensure smooth dining experiences. Training and growth opportunities are available at new store openings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Open doors and create a friendly, inviting first impression.
• Escort guests to their table and set expectations for their experience.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable with accuracy and care.
• Communicate wait times clearly and professionally during peak volume.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entryway.
• Bussing: clear and reset tables to maintain flow and cleanliness.
• Partner with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service.
