Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn and present menu and allergy information to guests.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS and reservation systems.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and hospitality passion.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet restaurant guests and provide information about the area.
• Seat guests fairly and consistently.
• Handle paperwork, stock, and keep the host stand tidy.
• Receive calls and book reservations for guests.
• Take room service orders if applicable.
• Check floor and tables for cleanliness and assist bussing.
• Support servers by refilling beverages as needed.
• Perform other restaurant and customer service requests as needed.
• Occasionally take on additional duties as needed.
