Qualifications

• Three or more years in hospitality, guest services, front desk, events, or professional services.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams without formal management authority.
• Ability to organize workflow, balance priorities, and make sound decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• Respect for client confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospitality and guest services operations on site.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to staff to uphold service standards.
• Manage team check-ins, assignments, and handoffs for smooth operations.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams and third-party providers.
• Set up catering and arrange meeting/event spaces and supplies.
• Maintain reception, meeting, and guest areas in pristine condition.
• Handle conference room scheduling, parking, and access logistics.
• Process hospitality invoices and expense reports using the firm system.
• Provide front-desk coverage and greet guests professionally.
